[weekly newsletter] CSS

Hello everyone :)
How is the semester going so far? Hope everything is going as smoothly as you want it to be, God willing :)
Last week, we had two new members who joined us, and are glad they did because they contributed quite a lot to the group that we had. We discussed on Trust and Faith according to bible passages and learnt quite a bit during the process. This week, we will be watching an episode from Joan of Arcadia, to discover if God is really 'everywhere', as we often think Him to be.

If you find this interesting, do join us:
When:Friday, 7th September
Where:Frankl Lab, KPD Block E, Level 1
Time:12-2pm and fellowship afterwards

Whatto bring: A Bible and writing materials

Other notable notes:
~SFX will be having a program called "Our Father's Plan". The aim ofthe program is to provide a solid overview of the whole Bible fromGenesis to the founding of the Church. The number of sessions in totalis 13. It will be held every bi-weekly.It starts from the 16th of September which is this Sundayfrom 3:00pm to 4:30pm.
For more information, contact Meg (017 259 0376).
~On a more leisurely note, I recently heard this piece of Christian music entitled 'Surrender'. The opening lines of the song goes:

I rise with you in thewake of the morning
I walk with you in the cool of the night
Every single day, I'm (...)
Only you, only you
And I surrender all to you..
It's just beautiful, and I have yet to find the artist's name. I couldn't figure out the words for (...). Anyone has any clues? :)
Well well, hope to see you at our cell group meeting this Friday :)
Agape,
Magdalene
