Gonzaga Feast Day celebration, Sat, 23.6.07, 8 to 10pm, Bilik Tony de Mello/Jenkins
In conjunction with the Feast Day of St. Aloysius of Gonzaga, the patron saint of youths and the GYM, Gonzaga Youth Ministries center, we will be celebrating with the teens and youths of the church. Invitations are to all Lifeliners and were given to other youths after the masses last weekend. Thank you to all who helped out. Please revert to your cell group leader asap whether you are going and how many friends you will be bringing as dinner will be served. Cell group leaders, please revert to Anthony asap.

Voters' Registration for General Election, Sat & Sun, 23 & 24 June(after the sunset and Sunday masses)
Ensure you have registered to vote in the general elections, exercise your rights and voice as a Christian citizen. Open to all Malaysian citizens above 21 years of age who have not registered; bring your IC. To change voting address, you can do it at any post office but the address on the IC must first be updated at the National Registration department.

Holy Hour for Vocations, Fri, 6/7, 8 to 9.30pm , Bilik Bourke
Join the parish to pray for more vocations to the priesthood and religious life with silent adoration, prayer, reflection and a vocation testimony in the room which will be transformed into a sacred space. Come early, the last one was very crowded, some had to stand. Snacks are usually provided for fellowship at the end.

Calling all Single Working Adults, age 23 – 40 years. Come and discover the experience of CHOICE, from 6.00 pm on 6th July to 7.00 pm 8th July2007 at the Infant Jesus Convent, Cheras. Mark the night off for an exciting night of praise and worship( including dance and unplugged), testimonies (including one from Nikki Palikat, a Malaysian idol finalist), Skits, Adoration and a Pilgrimage to St John's Cathedral. The gathering will be a preview and countdown of what is to be expected at the World Youth Day 2008 in Sydney. See you all there, invite your friends! Registration for WYD 2008 for SFX will be open then. Help required for registrations and transport for the pilgrimage to St John's Cathedral. Let me know if you can help.

Come as a united parish, celebrations start with 8.30am mass followed by food, raffle draw, games, performances and fun. Lifeline will set up our own booth, watch out for details, we will take turns to man the booth. Raffle tickets at RM2 each can be obtained from your cell group leaders. Attractive prizes available : LCD, TV, lap top, flat screen monitor etc.

World Youth Day 2008, Sydney
Preparations are beginning for this worldwide event in 2008. We are having a WYD countdown cum vigil on 14/7/07. Volunteers to help plan for the event are welcomed. We are also looking for members to help coordinate all those going to Sydney from SFX. If you are good or have interest in administration, fund raising etc, do contact me.
Free Tuition Services
There are poor needy students ranging from kindergarten to secondary school who are in need of tutors in Puchong, Sunway Mentari and PJ. If you can spare few hours a week to teach, please contact me. Share your knowledge with the poor and make a difference in their lives.
